How to set up 4S Lifepo4 battery pack with battery management system?
The model SK4S100 is designed for most 4S lifepo4 battery pack,no matter the battery cell is 3.2v 20ah or 3.2v 1000ah,it works.
Designed Max charge current is 150A, Max discharge current is 150A,charge voltage is:14.6V~14.8V.
Different battery cells have different charge/discharge current.
For example,the 3.2v 20Ah,you should make sure the charge current not over 20A,and discharge current not over 20A.
Check the spec sheet of your battery cells,make sure charge/discharge current is correct.
Here are the steps to make a 12V 100ah Battery pack demo,if you want to build 12v 200Ah or 12v 400Ah,the same way.
Step 1:get the battery cells ready like the photos:
Use the cooper bus bar,connect the positive and negative, positive and negative, positive and negative.
Also,I marked the screws on the battery cells these need to connect with BMS balance wire.
Step 2: Choose the right BMS balance wire.
There are 5 BMS balance wire, Red,White, White, White,Black. Here is the photos for reference:
And I marked the Red,White, White, White,Black with R1,W1,W2,W3,B1
Step 3:Connect the BMS balance wire on batteries cells.
Connect R1 on the battery cell screw.
Connect W1 on the battery cell screw.
Connect W2 on the battery cell screw.
Connect W3 on the battery cell screw.
Connect B1 on the battery cell screw.

Step 4:Plug the balance wire in BMS,here is the photos for your reference.
Step 5:Connect the negative Black wire on B-,here is the photos for your reference:
You could wire 2 wires both,the max current on each wire is 80Amps,for safety,you could connect both 2 wires on B-
Step 6:Connect the negative Black wire on P-,here is the photos for your reference:
You could wire 2 wires both,the max current on each wire is 80Amps,for safety,you could connect both 2 wires on P-
Step 7: Check all the wires and make sure they connect correctly.
Now you could connect your inverter on the battery,The black wire is negative,the Red one is the positive.
